This is my "I can't believe it's gluten-free!" cake. I've served this to many family and friends and not a single person could've guessed it was gluten-free. Topped with buttercream, chocolate buttercream, or cream cheese frosting, this is sure to please everyone. These little cakes are baked in a scalloped edge cup and come with a mini spoon.
